Opole offers a wide range of activities and plenty of ways to spend your free time. The city is full of green and recreational areas connected by a network of cycle paths, where one can enjoy time without the hustle and bustle of the city. Bolko Island Municipal Park, Młynówka embankment, Nadodrzański Park, Karol Musioł Boulevard and ZOO in Opole, which is one of the most beautiful zoos in Poland, are the perfect places for rest. When not working, if you prefer active recreation, you may use one of the many numerous sports and recreational facilities, such as: Toropol artificial ice rink, 50-metre indoor swimming pool (called Wodna Nuta), 25-metre aquarium, outdoor swimming pool (called Błękitna Fala), the Spots Centre located at Północna street and bowling alley, fitness clubs and gyms.

The available leisure activities also include a modern athletics stadium with the training facilities and fitness. For those who love the nightlife, the city’s offer gathered around the very center is a chance to have great fun.
